Soft Packs

Our soft packs are available with quantities ranging from 10 to 120 wipes, fully customisable to your preferred wipe size, fabric GSM and fabric type. All wipes are natural, plastic free and gentle on the skin. Ideal for portability and everyday convenience.

Bulk Refill Rolls

Designed for high volume use, our bulk refill rolls contain between 250 and 1,000 wipes per roll. You can specify wipe size, fabric GSM and fabric type to suit your needs. Manufactured in Australia from natural fibres, these plastic free wipes offer a sustainable and cost effective solution.

Other Packaging

We offer fully customisable packaging options tailored to your brand and product needs. Every packaging type maintains freshness, supports sustainability with natural fibres, and is manufactured proudly in Australia without plastics.

Canisters

Our canisters come in small, medium and large sizes, with wipe counts ranging from 40 to 150 depending on your specifications. They feature resealable lids to keep wipes fresh and moist. Made in Australia using natural, eco friendly fibres, canisters are tailored to your desired size and fabric type.

Single Sachets

Single sachets contain individually wrapped wipes, ideal for on the go hygiene and convenience. Fully customisable in wipe size and fabric type, these wipes maintain freshness and are gentle, eco friendly and plastic free. Perfect for travel, samples or single use requirements.

3. How can I contact The Hygiene Co.?

4. What is your MOQ?

Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the product type. Our Customer Service team works closely with each client to understand their requirements and then consults with our Operations team before confirming the applicable MOQ.

5. What is your lead time?

For repeat orders with forecasting in place, our standard lead time is approximately 20 business days once the product is set up in our manufacturing system.
 
Lead times may vary depending on raw material availability and current production schedules.
 

6. Can I supply my own solutions?

Yes, as long as it meets our safety requirements and is deemed non-hazardous.

Wipes

1. Which fabric types do you offer?

Primarily viscose and bamboo but can utilize other fabrics for specific client needs.
 

2. Which soft pack quantities do you offer?

Soft packs can be offered from packs of 5 wipes up to packs of 150 wipes.

3. Do you offer single-use wipes?

Yes, we also offer single-use sachet wipes.

4. Do you offer wipes with scents?

Yes, we offer a range of wipes with different fragrances, including natural grades.
 

Composting

1. The wipes are compostable but what about the solution it is dosed in? Is this safe for compost?

Wet wipe solutions contain typically 97% water or greater. Once used the solution dries out and will not impact the compost.
 

2. Are your wipes compostable and biodegradable?

Yes – they are. If used wipes are soiled with matter that is not able to be composted, then they should not be placed in compost bins. Read more

3. Are your wipes certified Industrial Compostable to AS4736 and Home Compostable AS5810?

They are certified to the European standard – EN13432. As the AS4736 & AS5810 standards refer to biodegradable plastics and packaging, they do not meet the criteria for these standards.

Sourcing

1. What is wood pulp / what are your wipes made from?

They are made from FSC Certified Viscose and Bamboo. It is a fibre made from natural sources such as wood and agricultural products regenerated as cellulose fibre. FSC Certified Viscose and Bamboo is sourced and produced from sustainably managed plantations.
 

2. Where is the material sourced to manufacture your wipes?

We have partnered with world-leading fibre/fabric manufacturers in Europe and Asia to produce the highest quality materials to meet our specifications.
